Electrical Engineer for Diesel Engine Wiring with Prototype Development

Activity + In this exciting position, you are responsible for the electrical wiring of diesel engines and emergency power generators. You work with engines up to 623 kW and nominal voltages up to 380 V. You manufacture conventional control boxes and smaller controls and perform electrical and electronic diagnostics on diesel engines and emergency power generators. During test runs, you take over setting and testing work and create acceptance protocols. + Occasionally, you will be active in external deployments, particularly when accompanying commissioning on site. The focus of your work is currently on the development of prototypes, with series production only rarely required. • Requirements + Completed training in the field of electrical engineering or a comparable qualification + Experience in the electrical wiring and installation of diesel engines and emergency power generators + Knowledge in the manufacture of controls and control boxes + Experience in performing diagnostics and repairs on electrical and electronic components + Independent working method as well as team ability + Willingness for occasional external deployments and commissioning on site + Experience in prototype production is an advantage + Knowledge in the programming of systems as well as in assembly and wiring is desirable + Additional knowledge in electrical power distribution, pneumatics and switchgear construction is an advantage • Offer You can expect a very independent activity in a dynamic, varied environment.
