Its aim is to reduce the negative consequences of addictive substance consumption for the people concerned as well as for society. CONTACT is oriented according to the model of the four pillars of Swiss addiction policy (prevention, therapy, harm reduction, repression). For CONTACT Centre d'accueil in Bienne, we are looking for November 1st or for a date to be agreed upon for a Social Worker or Social Educator, 80 % CONTACT Centre d'accueil in Bienne offers support to people who consume addictive substances and whose health and social integration are seriously threatened. Here are the tasks that await you: • Supervision of consumption rooms • Orient and accompany the person towards services adapted to their needs • Conduct psychosocial interviews • Collaboration within the social work team on specialized subjects and the care team • Collaboration with internal and external network partners Your profile : • Completed training in social work or social education • Motivation to work in a harm reduction context and interest in issues such as drugs, precariousness, social exclusion and prostitution Ease of contact, sense of teamwork • German or French as mother tongue, fluent oral skills in the other language • Experience in the socio-medical field is an advantage • Replacement in the CONTACT Centre d'accueil et Traitement d'addiction team in Tavannes We offer you : • Progressive working and employment conditions according to a collective labor agreement (CCT) • A salary respecting cantonal directives • An interesting and demanding field of work with an interdisciplinary and committed team • Good possibilities for internal and external continuing education Interested?
