Your responsibilities • You will notably be in charge of: • Full bookkeeping • Management of accounts receivable and accounts payable • Accounting reconciliations and controls • Preparation of VAT returns • Closing work and annual closings • Preparation of annual accounts • Tax returns for legal entities • Monitoring deadlines for your portfolio • Exchanges and meetings with clients for accounting questions • Identification and monitoring of any anomalies or missing information • Documentation of important specificities of the files to ensure structured follow-up • The position does not include auditing or audit work. Your profile You possess: • A CFC as a commercial employee or an equivalent training, ideally supplemented by training in accounting • At least 3 years of experience in accounting with practical experience in a Swiss fiduciary • Ideally 4 to 7 years of experience, including several years in a fiduciary • A good mastery of Swiss accounting, VAT, closings, and legal entity taxation • Experience in the autonomous management of several mandates • A very good mastery of French and Microsoft 365 • An accounting diploma, a federal certificate of competence as a specialist in finance and accounting, or as a fiduciary agent is an asset, but practical experience and autonomy are decisive. Knowledge of Crésus is also an advantage.
