What you move Technical and personnel leadership of the printing department with around 22 employees and 7 apprentices Support, promotion, and further development of employees as well as active co-shaping of a modern and appreciative leadership culture Further development of processes and promotion of continuous improvements Analysis and monitoring of relevant key figures as well as derivation of suitable measures for continuous and sustainable improvement Ensuring a smooth production process while complying with quality, deadline, and safety specifications Ensuring printing and production approvals as well as responsibility for quality management Responsibility for the budget, cost awareness, and resource use in your own area Flexible and reliable cooperation with the interfaces What you bring Technical basic training Experience in the printing industry with common printing processes Initial leadership experience in an industrial environment Experience in quality and process management Joy in leading and further developing employees Pronounced organizational ability and structured way of working Entrepreneurial thinking as well as high quality and cost awareness Technical understanding of production systems Good user knowledge in ERP systems and MS Office Assertiveness, initiative, and hands-on mentality Strong communication personality with high social competence What we offer you Responsible leadership position with scope for design Motivated team and short decision-making paths Contemporary employment conditions Individual training and development opportunities We like it personal and uncomplicated.
