For Tertianum Grünegg in the Zürcher Oberland region, we are looking for, by arrangement, Healthcare Specialist EFZ 40-100% for day and late shifts, as well as occasional night shifts Your tasks • Holistic care and nursing of the guests in the sense of our nursing mission statement and the nursing process • Taking over tasks as a primary caregiver • Participation in the nursing process and in the nursing needs assessment with RAI for the assigned guests • Electronic nursing documentation using CareCoach (mobile possible with CareCoach smartphone) • Planning and accompanying doctor visits • Taking over daily responsibility • Taking over tasks as a subject matter expert for a specialized topic and thus participating in the group-wide network for nursing quality • Independent assumption of responsibility for the entire ward during the night shift Your profile • Completed training as a Healthcare Specialist EFZ • Professional experience in long-term care is an advantage • RAI knowledge desired or willingness to attend these courses (will be paid for) • A warm and humorous basic attitude • Enjoyment of versatile challenges • Good German skills in speaking and writing Why Tertianum?
