Technical Facility Manager* (m/f/d) Work location: Hinwil Workload: 80-100% Start date: immediately or by arrangement Department: Building Technology / Facility Management / Landscaping Your tasks Maintenance and development of continuous customer contact and first point of contact for technical and professional questions Ensuring daily operational business in the area of technical and infrastructural building management in a larger property Carrying out maintenance and servicing work inside and outside the building Assignment, support, and monitoring of orders to internal as well as external service providers and suppliers while complying with costs, deadlines, and quality standards Execution of maintenance and minor repairs as well as their seamless documentation Readiness for on-call duties (initial intervention) Ensuring a positive environment on the premises and maintenance of common areas Direct contact with customers, subtenants, and other contact persons on site First point of contact for all concerns regarding technical building management Your profile Completed training as a Specialist in Facility Management EFZ or technical or manual vocational training Several years of professional experience as a technical facility manager* Sound basic technical knowledge in HVACS (heating, ventilation, air conditioning, sanitary, electricity) Strong customer focus and service orientation Very good German skills as well as good user knowledge in MS-Office About us At Vebego AG, more than 6,000 employees make the lives of our customers easier every day and ensure that their buildings always remain in top shape.
