Now the district at the foot of the Rigi with around 14'000 inhabitants is looking for new heroes, specifically as: Project Manager: Infrastructure Construction and Project Manager: Infrastructure Civil Engineering with development opportunities Directly reporting to the Head of Infrastructure Department, you will take over the planning, coordination, and realization of infrastructure projects in civil engineering and construction. You will be responsible for managing projects in terms of costs, deadlines, and quality. Additionally, you will create cost estimates and budget bases, prepare decision-making bases and tender applications, and conduct negotiations with various stakeholders. As a central point of contact, you will coordinate internal and external project participants and ensure compliance with legal requirements, norms, and guidelines. You have a higher education in construction and bring experience in civil engineering, water construction, and/or construction. You also have knowledge in construction management or construction supervision. You convince with well-founded project management competencies, secure cost and risk management, and preferably knowledge of public procurement and relevant legislation. A self-employed, structured way of working, communication skills, and negotiating skills characterize you, as well as team skills, assertiveness, and a high sense of responsibility. Very good IT skills and specialist knowledge in the field of occupational safety and health complete your profile.
