Head of Quality Management 80-100% Your tasks Technical and personnel leadership of the Quality Management area in the Quality Hand Tools (QHT) sector Application and further development of quality methods including risk considerations at product and process levels Planning and implementation of the audit program (internal, external and supplier) as well as support of the ISO management system Maintenance and targeted further development of the quality management system as a strategic management instrument Identification and sustainable processing of quality problems and complaints including root cause analysis and effectiveness testing Development of testing strategies and testing concepts for existing and new products Quality-related support of development projects, including investigations on prototypes and zero series Sparring partner for metalworking employees on quality-relevant issues as well as promotion of a sustainable quality awareness Your profile You must have a technical-mechanical basic training with higher education (FH level) as well as further training in quality management or a comparable qualification.
