Mechanical Engineer (FH)/Mechanical Engineering Technician (HF) Plant and Apparatus Construction

Engineer FH or Technician HF (m/f) (100%) The requirements profile describes the ideal target state for this position. At the same time, we are open to motivated and committed employees who do not yet fully possess all the required skills and experience, but who show a willingness to develop further and grow into the role. Your main tasks: You lead our customer orders to success from the beginning (preparation of offers) to the end (commissioning / acceptance). You are involved in every development step, down to the last detail. In detail, this means the following tasks: o Preparation of offers: o Design of plants and plant components according to customer specifications o Creation of complex energy balances o Price calculation o Customer negotiations o Processing and realization of orders: o Dimensioning of all plant parts such as pipe diameter, chimney height, etc. o Specifications to our design department for the initial creation of the customer-specific 3D model o Basic Engineering of the electrical control: Creation of P&I diagrams, bills of materials o Design and procurement of technical purchased parts and services (controls, fans, pumps, motors, valves, sensors, insulation, cabling, transport, etc.) o Manufacturing and progress monitoring in cooperation with our production o Schedule and cost monitoring o Installation o Monitoring the assembly of our orders in cooperation with our assembly team o Management of the assembly of technical and electrical components o Commissioning o Creation of the PLC program (Siemens TIA, Step 7) o Complete commissioning of the plants up to fully automatic, unsupervised operation. Including PLC programming, burner commissioning, control measurements o Final acceptance of the projects with our customers o Maintenance and optimization of existing plants Your requirements: o You possess common sense, consider responsibility important, and are a personality one can rely on! You maintain a respectful and friendly interaction with your fellow human beings. You have impeccable language skills in German / English, both spoken and written. You are a generalist who is not too good to roll up your sleeves and occasionally have dirty hands!
