On behalf of my client, I am looking for an independent, responsible and solution-oriented personality PROJECT MANAGER Timber Construction (60–100%) (w/m/d) Your tasks: Independent management of timber construction projects from the object inspection to the final invoice Preparation of offers as well as implementation of work preparation (AVOR) Material planning and timely ordering of the required materials Responsibility for the qualitative, timely and cost-effective execution of the construction sites Ensuring compliance with safety regulations and quality standards Active cooperation on the construction site as well as coordination of the execution work if required Your profile: Completed training as a timber construction foreman (Holzbau-Polier) or comparable further training in timber construction Several years of professional experience in work preparation (AVOR) or project processing in timber construction Independent, structured and responsible way of working Strong communication, team-oriented personality with high social competence Solution-oriented thinking, initiative and joy in demanding timber construction projects Ideally, you have additional knowledge in cadwork, calculation, CNC control or bring experience in terrace construction, stair construction or in personnel management Are you ready to take on responsibility and accompany demanding timber construction projects from planning to implementation?
