The Amt für Jugend und Berufsberatung of the Bildungsdirektion provides, commissions, manages, and coordinates offers for child and youth welfare and career counseling. The Zentrum Breitenstein is part of the Amt für Jugend und Berufsberatung and is supported and co-financed by the municipalities of the Bezirk Andelfingen. Our team is being expanded - together we can achieve a lot! Zentrum Breitenstein in Andelfingen is looking for an experienced and committed Social Worker Adult Protection starting immediately or by arrangement. Together with your team, you will manage legal guardianships for adults for 22 municipalities of the Bezirk Andelfingen, which have been ordered by the KESB Winterthur-Andelfingen. The self-determination and personal responsibility of the clients are always the priority. The following tasks await you: • Management of mandates according to the instructions of the KESB, mostly involving the administration of income and assets • Drafting applications and reports to authorities • Representation in personal, legal, and financial matters • Actively participating in the further development of professional guardianship We expect from you: • Completed degree in Social Work FH • Professional experience in adult protection or social assistance • In-depth knowledge of private law, social insurance law, and social assistance law • Empathy towards people in difficult life situations • Psychological resilience and flexibility as well as negotiation-secure presentation skills What can you expect from us?
