Social Pedagogue or Pedagogical Specialist

The Schule Weisslingen is located in the middle of a rural environment on the edge of the Zürcher Oberland. We are an innovative, professional school with currently three kindergarten, ten primary and six secondary classes. Our school is a lively place of learning and living, where diversity, individual support and collective growth are at the center. For the further development of our pedagogical offering, we are looking, by agreement, for a committed personality for the establishment of an extended learning place across all school levels.  Your tasks ### • Conception, establishment and co-design of an extended learning place for students with special support needs • Accompanying and supporting children and adolescents in challenging learning and living situations • Close cooperation with teachers, school management and internal specialists • Development and implementation of individual support measures • Participation in the further development of our integrative school structure • Advising and supporting teachers in dealing with challenging situations • Work deployment during teaching time on all weekdays desired • Presence on occasional days (max. 10 working days) during school holidays desired  Your profile ### • Completed training as a Social Pedagogue or comparable pedagogical qualification • Experience in working with children and adolescents, ideally in a school environment • Joy in developmental work and conceptual development • High social competence, resilience and flexibility • Teamwork skills as well as an independent, proactive and structured way of working • Interest in integrative and resource-oriented pedagogy What we offer ### • We are a humorous and committed team and have supportive and appreciative school managements. • Our community is important to us and we work in a collegial, helpful environment. • Our school and team culture is based on appreciation, responsibility and willingness to build relationships. • A special needs specialist team is established and offers professional and efficient cooperation. • The team is supported by constant and professional school social work and a committed authority. • Connection to public transport is provided or free parking spaces are available.
