For one of our clients, we are looking for a Credit Risk Analyst ENG / FR on a permanent 100% contract to support the assessment, approval, and continuous monitoring of credit exposures. The role consists of performing financial analyses, preparing credit recommendations, reviewing documentation and collateral, and ensuring that credit facilities remain compliant with internal risk standards throughout their life cycle.

Description

• Perform comprehensive reviews of credit applications and assess the creditworthiness of corporate counterparties ;
• Conduct detailed financial analyses from audited and management accounts and identify key risk indicators ;
• Prepare high-quality credit memorandums and recommendations for approval committees ;
• Present financial assessments and risk findings to decision-making bodies ;
• Review and monitor compliance with approved credit terms ;
• Ensure the adequacy, enforceability, and proper documentation of collateral and security arrangements ;
• Monitor portfolio exposures, financial performance, and credit ratings, escalating potential concerns if necessary ;
• Manage annual reviews, renewals, and continuous monitoring activities for existing credit facilities ;
• Maintain accurate credit files and ensure that documentation is easily accessible for internal and external reviews ;
• Support governance processes, committee reporting, and ad hoc credit-related projects ;
• Report to clients and Management ;
• Participate in daily office activities.

Profile

• Holder of a degree in Finance, Economics, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field ;
• 3 to 7 years of proven similar experience in credit analysis, credit risk management, corporate banking, or a similar environment in Switzerland ;
• Strong skills in financial statement analysis and risk assessment ;
• Good understanding of loan structures, collateral arrangements, and credit documentation ;
• Ability to prepare concise and well-supported credit recommendations for senior stakeholders ;
• Strong analytical mindset with excellent attention to detail and sound judgment ;
• Effective communication and presentation skills, including the ability to interact with committees and business stakeholders ;
• Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines ;
• Professional proficiency in English and French; additional languages are an advantage.
