Your field of activity Together with specialists from the healthcare and construction sectors, with architects as well as with representatives from the user, support and corporate development areas, you help develop and are responsible for operational planning for new construction and renovation projects within the LUKS Gruppe You develop, write, structure and revise operational concepts as a central basis for planning and decision-making processes and, together with the relevant stakeholders, transfer these into further organizational foundations such as operating manuals You process operational issues in the tension between functionality, processes, economic efficiency and structural framework conditions, develop viable conceptual foundations and thereby make a significant contribution to the further development of modern hospital infrastructures In interdisciplinary workshops, working groups and coordination formats, you take on responsibility related to topics and project phases for the substantive preparation, coordination, moderation and structured follow-up; in doing so, you represent operational requirements clearly, question needs and wishes constructively and also contribute to sound and sustainable solutions in demanding situations Your experience You have a completed tertiary-level education in healthcare (HF with completed further education at university level, for example CAS, or a university degree FH or University) and ideally bring several years of professional experience in a hospital environment as well as sound knowledge of service and support processes or experience in hospital or operational planning You think analytically, networked and conceptually, quickly grasp even complex relationships and derive reliable bases for planning and decision-making processes from them You communicate in a target-group-oriented manner, move confidently at interfaces and know how to combine requirements from hospital operations with the perspectives of architecture, construction and project organization You present yourself steadfastly, reflectively and convincingly, question concerns and expectations constructively and also represent less popular but operationally necessary decisions with moderation and clarity Your perspectives In this function, you work on central construction projects of the LUKS Gruppe and make an important contribution to the development of future-oriented, functional and economical hospital structures You shape operational planning at a decisive interface between healthcare, construction and corporate development and bring your expertise into strategically relevant projects at an early stage A versatile and demanding activity awaits you in an interdisciplinary environment in which you, together with committed partners, help to develop modern solutions for the hospital operations of tomorrow You benefit from very good social benefits and attractive employment conditions.
