Specialist in Care (FaBe) EFZ YOUR TASKS Care and support of our residents in their everyday activities Accompanying the residents in their individual daily routines, in living and leisure Perception of the individual needs of the residents Key worker activities and maintenance of contacts with relatives and legal representatives Completion of department tasks such as the recording and coordination of RAI services YOUR PROFILE Completed training as a Specialist in Care EFZ, Social Pedagogue HF, or an equivalent training Experience in dealing with InterRAI is an advantage An open heart, high social competence, and willingness to go new ways Sense of responsibility, team spirit, and joy in the profession WHAT YOU CAN LOOK FORWARD TO Attractive working hours – no split shifts and no night work.
