Head of External Relations 60-70% | General Secretariat MAI | from September 1st, 2026 or by agreement Your mission at Biel You develop the City of Biel's external relations and support it in defending municipal interests at local, regional and national levels, as well as in the networks it participates in. To this end, you maintain relationships, manage projects, organize meetings and process political files. You define strategic priorities in terms of external relations and ensure that the City of Biel has a well-established presence in French-speaking and German-speaking Switzerland. Are you familiar with urban Switzerland and interested in political issues ? Do you think in an interdisciplinary way and communicate with confidence ?
