You don't want to be a solo system administrator, but rather develop solutions in a team, improve processes and provide tangible support to clinical operations?   Then you are exactly right with us   Your tasks   • You actively help shape KIS operations: Together with experienced colleagues, you are responsible for the operation and further development of our hospital information system (Meierhofer KIS). • You are close to daily clinical life: You work closely with doctors, nursing, therapy and administration and translate technical requirements into functional solutions. • You think in processes: You analyze clinical workflows, optimize existing workflows and support the digitalization of processes. • You keep an eye on integration: You maintain standard interfaces (e.g. HL7, FHIR, DICOM) and work closely with IT, medical technology and external partners. • You accompany changes: You plan and test releases, extensions and new modules together in a team - including training and implementation. • You ensure stability: You support in 2nd-level support, analyze incidents and ensure reliable operation. • You document traceably: You maintain system, process and interface documentation.   Your profile   • You have experience with hospital information systems, ideally with Meierhofer KIS or comparable solutions. • You know clinical operations and understand medical, nursing and administrative processes. • You are familiar with Microsoft SQL databases and know how to create and adapt queries and evaluations. • You have experience with standard interfaces (e.g. HL7, FHIR, DICOM) or a strong interest in deepening your knowledge in these areas. • You think solution-oriented, work in a structured manner and maintain an overview even with complex requirements. • You enjoy working in a team, communicate clearly and feel comfortable at the interface between IT and the specialist department. • Very good German skills, English skills for manufacturer and interface topics are an advantage.   We offer you   • A well-coordinated KIS team in which knowledge is shared and further developed together. • A meaningful task in the middle of clinical operations - with direct added value for patients and employees. • Scope for creativity in the further development of the KIS and clinical processes. • Close cooperation with IT and specialist departments. • Contemporary working conditions, flexible working hours and attractive benefits.   Then strengthen our team as Application Manager KIS and actively help shape clinical IT.   For further information, Christoph Klöti 004156 269 51 62 is happy to assist you.
