Construction Manager/Project Manager Fit-out Your tasks • Independent management and coordination of projects in the area of fit-out and construction scaffolding from preparation to completion • Control of deadlines, costs and quality on-site as well as in the office • Coordination of internal teams, subcontractors and external partners • Creation and checking of plans, work preparation and documentation • Contact person for customers, clients and authorities • Participation in tenders, awards and the further development of processes Your profile • Completed training in construction (e.g. construction manager, technician HF, drafter architecture/construction or comparable) • Professional experience in construction or project management, ideally with reference to fit-out, assembly or construction scaffolding • Secure knowledge of relevant standards and processes (SIA an advantage) • Independent, structured and solution-oriented way of working • Good German skills and ability to work in a team • Driver's license Cat.
