Develops consultation, guidance and coaching in order to strengthen the clinical skills of the teams and promote the integration of good practices in home care. Conducts continuous improvement and clinical innovation projects, and accompanies change within the teams. Promotes interprofessional collaboration and care coordination, particularly in the management of complex situations. Contributes to the transformation of the health system through the dissemination, adaptation and implementation of evidence-based practices. Integrates and promotes ethical reflection in clinical and institutional practices. YOUR PROFILE Master in nursing sciences MSCSI or a title deemed equivalent. Minimum 3-4 years of clinical practice in nursing with desired knowledge in home help and care. Excellent mastery of French (oral and written) and good understanding of scientific English Mastery of IT tools, office software and scientific databases Leadership, negotiation skills and analytical mind Autonomy, team spirit and collaboration Spirit of innovation and management of change Excellent writing skills and oral communication Interpersonal ease and pedagogy Organization, adaptability and priority management WHY JOIN US?
