Job Description ##

• Contribute to the development of the company's visibility and influence on Swiss and international markets.
• Develop and retain a client portfolio by creating a lasting commercial relationship.
• Identify new opportunities and actively develop the clientele.
• Meet with clients in order to understand their needs and present products and new features.
• Be a privileged contact for clients by supporting and advising them via different channels.
• Collaborate with operational and commercial teams, while participating with Management in monitoring objectives, identifying prospects and reporting on activity.

Profile Sought ##

• Holder of a CFC as a freight forwarder or an equivalent training.
• Proven experience in the field of transport and sales.
• Good knowledge of the local, regional and international economic fabric.
• Solid knowledge of Swiss and French customs regulations.
• Excellent command of French and English, both spoken and written.
• Dynamic and open personality, enjoying contact, novelty and demonstrating empathy and initiative.
• Organized, conscientious and endowed with an excellent sense of listening.
• Capable of working autonomously while enjoying teamwork.
• Solution-oriented, with a real sense of service and priorities.
