As a business analyst at BKW Infra Services, you will actively contribute to the design of the BI landscape and controlling tools, making an important contribution to the sustainable success of the company. Business Analyst (all) # Your field of activity • You actively participate in the design of the BI landscape as well as other controlling applications of BKW Infra Services and accompany solutions from design to successful implementation. • In collaboration with the internal IT department and external partners, you ensure the proper functioning of the BI platform. • You lead projects for the introduction of new reporting, planning, and controlling solutions and ensure structured implementation. • You apply targeted change management to successfully anchor changes and promote the acceptance of new solutions. • You develop and maintain data models as well as reporting structures, thus creating a reliable basis for in-depth analyses. Your expertise • You hold a degree in business administration, business informatics, data analysis, or an equivalent training. • You have several years of professional experience as a business analyst or technical controller. • You possess deep knowledge in data modeling, data management, and controlling processes. • Experience in project management as well as in data modeling or a CPRE certification is an advantage. • You conceptually develop innovative and sustainable solutions and implement them in a targeted manner. • You communicate convincingly, work in a solution-oriented manner, and are fluent in German. • We expect excellent skills in Power BI (DAX) and Excel. • If you like working in a team while being autonomous and responsible, this position is perfect for you.
