Take part in the development, design, and manufacturing of products and solutions for some of the largest international pharmaceutical brands, in order to improve patient health. ## For one of our teams based in Le Locle, we are looking for a new member to join us in the following role:- ## Facility Technician (m/w/d) 100% Location: Le Locle (NE) Type of contract: CDI Start date: 1st September 2026 Your responsibilities: · Ensure, organize, and coordinate preventive and corrective maintenance activities for technical building installations (Water treatment, Ventilation, Heating, Air conditioning, Compressors, STEP, -). · Initiate repairs in the field of plumbing, carpentry, painting, and other building maintenance activities. · Propose or execute improvements to make the installations more reliable and reduce functional costs · Carry out calibration of certain measuring devices or control related to installations · Participate in construction or renovation projects · Conduct EHS risk analyses related to activities · Support initiatives in energy, sustainability, and infrastructure management · Ensure periodic on-call duty (standby service) · Execute tasks according to internal procedures in collaboration with the different affected departments. · Work in respect of EHS and quality rules · Ensure documentation of maintenance activities in accordance with BPD and through the GMAO You report to the Facilities, Maintenance, Calibration Site Lead Your qualifications: · Hold a diploma in building technology (CFC) or any equivalent title · Good knowledge in the CVSE fields · Minimum 5 years of experience in a similar position · Ideally holder of article 15 of the OIBT · Mastery of computer tools · Ability to work in collaboration with a group of people · Autonomous, efficient, and flexible in working hours · Curious, invested, and proactive, you are recognized for your dynamism and rigor · Mastery of French and good notions in English Why Jabil: · A responsible and varied job in a global company · Modern employment conditions with long-term prospects · Great personal responsibility and autonomous work · Space to think creatively · A bonus system, additional days off, and many other benefits
