Employment level: 80-100% Your field of activity <br /> • You lead our young HLKSE team technically and personally and specifically develop the employees further • With your know-how, you ensure clear standards, uniform working methods and a high planning quality within the team • You create the technical foundations so that the team can implement projects independently, efficiently and in high quality • You coordinate internal and external planning partners and ensure smooth cooperation across all specialist departments • As a role model, you roll up your sleeves, support with demanding issues and give the team technical security in daily business <br /> Your foundation <br /> • You have a completed degree or further training in the field of building technology (heating, ventilation, air conditioning, sanitary or electrical) or bring a comparable qualification • Several years of experience in the planning and implementation of building technology projects distinguishes you; experience in wood or modular construction is a plus • You are broadly supported technically and enjoy passing on knowledge as well as building and developing teams technically • You know how to define standards, ensure quality and set up an organization sustainably • Taking responsibility is a matter of course for you.
