Head Value Stream Asset Management About the role Energie 360° is undergoing a profound transformation: from the regulated gas business towards scalable energy and mobility solutions. As part of the ongoing transformation, we are consistently aligning our Business IT with Value Streams. For the newly created Value Stream Asset Management, we are looking for an experienced and entrepreneurial leadership personality. As Head Value Stream Asset Management, you are responsible for products, capabilities, resources, competencies, applications, and platforms that digitally support the asset lifecycle of our energy infrastructure - from Asset Management System, GIS, BIM, IoT/OT to Digital Twins. In the sense of the SAFe framework, you also act as Product Manager for all products of the Value Stream and control their strategic direction, prioritization, and further development. You work closely with the Business Owners and coordinate with them strategy, roadmap, priorities, resource requirements, as well as the type and scope of services. Head Value Stream Asset Management Your tasks Leadership & Organization Establishment, leadership, and further development of the Value Stream Asset Management with direct functional and personnel leadership of a team consisting of various functions/roles (Project Manager, Product Owner, etc.) Establishment of a product-oriented way of working according to SAFe, including the step-by-step buildup of Product Teams Promoting the transformation of the organization and skills from Operations (value preservation) towards Transformation (value contribution) - including through upskilling, automation, and cloudification Product Management (SAFe) Performing the role of Product Manager for all products in the Value Stream (GIS, BIM, Asset Management System, control system, metering, etc.) Responsibility for product vision, roadmaps, and prioritization of the Value Stream Backlog in close coordination with the Product Owners Ensuring the value contribution from the business requirement to the productive solution Transformation & Projects Steering the ongoing and upcoming major transformations in the stream, especially the consolidation of Asset Management applications, BIM, GIS, etc. Increasing the speed, impact, and value contribution of the organization through clear structures, result orientation, and strong collaboration Stakeholder Management & Steering Close cooperation with the Business Owners as well as the service recipients and the specialist and ICT teams Coordination of resource requirements for Run the Business, Change the Business, and Transformation with Business Owners and service recipients Coordination with the ICT domains and the other Value Streams Your profile Experience Several years of sound experience in the asset management of infrastructures and with the associated processes and applications - ideally from the areas of energy, rail, or comparable infrastructure sectors (e.g., energy, water, telecommunications, transport) Proven experience in the digitalization of asset management processes and in dealing with corresponding systems and platforms (e.g., GIS, BIM, EAM systems, IoT/OT, Digital Twin) Experience in leading teams and/or larger projects or programs in the asset or engineering environment A primary IT background is not mandatory - what is decisive is your pronounced practical experience at the interface of asset management, engineering, and digitalization Education Completed studies (FH/Uni/ETH) in engineering sciences, geodesy, construction, electrical engineering, industrial engineering, computer science, or comparable qualification with business administration further education Further education or certification in agile frameworks is an advantage Competencies Entrepreneurial thinking and acting with a clear focus on value contribution Pronounced leadership and communication skills across hierarchy and departmental boundaries Ability to translate business requirements into product and technology decisions Experience in stakeholder management in matrix or value stream organizations Willingness to change and enjoyment in building and shaping a new organizational unit Proficient German language skills, good English skills; Swiss German is an advantage What we offer you A key role in the digital transformation of a leading energy company The chance to design and build a new Value Stream from scratch Great entrepreneurial freedom with a direct reporting line to the CIO A dynamic environment at the interface of energy transition, infrastructure, and digitalization Modern employment conditions and flexible working models Online application Our social commitment Energie 360° provides all employees with one working day per year to engage in a social activity.
