We are looking for a committed personality with a strong understanding of leadership and excellent communication skills. Region : Bern Employment type : Permanent position Workload: 80-100% Your tasks • You are responsible for the technical and personnel leadership of the team and ensure a high quality of nursing processes in the department • You lead a team with commitment, lead by example, and promote motivation and cooperation • You plan, coordinate, and organize daily nursing activities according to our nursing concept. • You ensure an effective exchange of information between residents, their relatives, and the team. • You work closely with the nursing management and support in organizational and strategic areas. Your profile • Completed training as a Dipl. Pflegefachperson HF/FH or Fachperson Langzeitpflege und -betreuung BP. • Experience in leadership as a team or ward manager. • Several years of practice in long-term care. • Enjoyment of employee leadership, team development, and motivation. • Excellent communicative and social skills in dealing with residents, relatives, and team colleagues. • Understanding of Swiss German and fluent German skills.
