Around fourteen employees from the disciplines of general medicine, orthopedics, and physiotherapy work together interprofessionally. We perform surgical and orthopedic procedures on our patients as attending physicians at the Berit Clinic in Speicher and at the Seeschau Clinic in Kreuzlingen. What you can do ## As a physiotherapist at Medbase, you are at the center of our origin. Your tasks • Independent and empathetic treatment and care of patients • Participation in the further development of our quality standards and our structured treatment pathways • Participation in team meetings and internal and external training courses • Carrying out proper digital documentation and administrative tasks • Support for sports clubs and associations as needed • Participation in Medbase events and optionally carrying out performance diagnostic tests (structured VALD tests, AI gait analysis) What you bring ## • Completed training as a physiotherapist (FH or equivalent) • SRK recognition or willingness to apply for it • The desire to shape the future of physiotherapy together • Further training in sports physiotherapy (SPT or ESP) is an advantage • Experience in caring for physiotherapy students (BFH) is an advantage • Team-oriented, committed, and independent working style • Good German language skills (at least level B2)   You are also welcome with a foreign diploma ## You have completed your training as a physiotherapist abroad? Then we are also looking forward to your application. For professional practice in Switzerland, recognition of your diploma by the Swiss Red Cross (SRK) is required. The recognition process is complex and involves administrative effort. However, we will not leave you alone. • We take over the organization of the SRK recognition procedure • The team accompanies you throughout the process at the location • We take care of the further steps until SRK recognition and the application for your GLN number.   In this way, we enable you to have an uncomplicated and smooth start as a physiotherapist in Switzerland.
