Job description ### Analyze the existing situation: technical, energy, regulatory and functional diagnostics of buildings Define the transformation strategy: strategic orientations, environmental, economic and future usage issues Lead feasibility studies: technical, financial, environmental, programming of needs Coordinate contributors: architects, engineers, study offices, industry specialists Develop specifications: consultation files, contractual documents, calls for tenders Profile ### HES engineer, ES technician or equivalent experience in building/construction techniques Experience in civil engineering: a valued asset Minimum 10 years of experience in pre-studies, transformation or renovation of works Excellent analytical skills, strategic vision, ability to step back Ease in coordinating multidisciplinary teams Project Manager - Transformation & Infrastructures / Fixed
