Our client is a Europe-wide active, specialized provider for demanding mechanical manufacturing in the Toggenburg region (Wattwil SG). To strengthen the team, we are looking for an electrical installer or automation technician for assembly of components, starting immediately or by arrangement. Have you (soon) completed your apprenticeship or do you already have experience? Both are very welcome - we will train you carefully. Electrical Installer / Automation Technician EFZ (m/f) 80-100 % - also recent graduates # Employment: 100% Location: Rapperswil SG Industry: various industry Publication date: 29.07.2026 Your new tasks: • General assembly of mechanical, pneumatic, and electrical components according to technical drawings • Wiring and installation of electrical components, including PLC controls • Quality testing and documentation of the assembled components (e.g., platform lift systems for rail vehicles) • Carrying out component assembly both inside and outside the cleanroom • Workpiece cleaning using modern fine cleaning equipment What you bring with you: • Completed basic training as an automation technician, electrical installer, or a mechanical basic training - also fresh from apprenticeship • Professional experience is an advantage, but not a requirement - recent graduates are expressly welcome • Good technical understanding and manual dexterity • Confident reading and understanding of technical drawings and electrical circuit diagrams • Quality-conscious, precise, and reliable way of working • Team player Still unsure after your apprenticeship? • No problem - get in touch without obligation.
