Together, let's go up one floor: Service and Repair Manager (m/f/d) 80-100% # Your new mission: • Management of the Service & Repair department and responsibility for the optimal use of available resources • Coordination and direction of the activities of subordinate employees in order to achieve the objectives set by headquarters • Monitoring the application of occupational health and safety directives • Analysis of regional indicators, definition of corresponding measures and evaluation of their implementation • Implementation of own and centralized improvement initiatives Your ideal qualities: • Technical university degree or degree in business management with additional technical training • Several years of experience in management and sales • Specialized knowledge/experience in the elevator sector is an asset • Good command of the local language, command of other languages is an asset Our advantages • Excellent development opportunities: Personal development is a reality with us.
