Pflegefachfrau / Pflegefachmann HF as Vocational Trainer 100% Your tasks • Responsible for the organization, planning and implementation of learning support on the wards • Contact person for our AGS and FaGe apprentices and HF students • Holistic care and nursing of the guests in the sense of our nursing mission statement and the nursing process • Planning and accompaniment of physician visits • Electronic nursing documentation using CareCoach • Management of the nursing process as well as leading case discussions • Assumption of tasks as a primary nursing contact person • Assumption of daily responsibility and coordination of the day team • Assumption of tasks as a topic carrier for an assigned specialist topic with professional instructional authority Your profile • A warm and humorous basic attitude • Completed training as Dipl. Pflegefachfrau/Pflegefachmann HF or as Fachfrau/Fachmann Gesundheit EFZ • Completed vocational trainer course • Completed SVEB 1 further training or willingness to complete it • Professional experience in long-term care desired • Confident communication in the German language, both spoken and written Why Tertianum?
