Site Manager Healthcare (m/f/d) Work location: Münsterlingen Workload: 80-100% Start date: Immediately or by arrangement Department: Reception / Housekeeping / Hospitality Your tasks \- Responsibility for the successful operational, qualitative and financial management of a hospital mandate \- First point of contact for the customer on site as well as responsible for customer meetings, inspections and complaint management \- Leadership of approx. 4 directly subordinate employees and overall responsibility for around 60 cleaning specialists, as well as responsible for the recruitment of specialist personnel \- Ensuring efficient, high-quality service delivery through regular quality and hygiene controls and targeted management of employees, processes and resources \- Responsibility for compliance with the specified working hours of the employees as well as material costs \- Responsibility for the monthly monthly closings and object-related controlling tasks \- Responsibility for the planning, management and continuous optimization of all operational processes in cooperation with the various interfaces \- Use of modern digital planning tools and quality systems to manage resources, services and quality controls Your profile \- Completed training in Facility Management, Housekeeping, Hotel Management or Cleaning with corresponding further training an advantage \- Professional experience in the healthcare sector, ideally in a hospital or a comparable service-oriented organization \- Several years of experience in an operational leadership function with personnel, quality and customer responsibility \- Human, communicative and solution-oriented personality with a strong sense of organization and coordination \- Structured and solution-oriented way of working with high service orientation and independence \- Very good German language skills in speaking and writing \- MS Office user knowledge That is what we stand for, that is what we commit to - today and in the future.
