In order to strengthen its accounting department, our client is looking for a Real Estate & PPE Accountant wishing to invest themselves long-term in a versatile and autonomous function. Missions • Full management of PPE and rental accounting • Monitoring of collections and payments • Carrying out bank reconciliations • Preparation of periodic and annual closings • Establishment of service charge and heating statements • Preparation of financial statements for buildings under management • Control of charges and monitoring of unpaid amounts • Coordination with managers, co-owners and owners • Participation in continuous improvement and process optimization projects Candidate Profile • Training in accounting • Minimum 3 years of experience in real estate accounting within a Swiss agency • Proven experience in PPE and rental accounting • Good mastery of real estate professional tools • Rigorous, autonomous and solution-oriented personality • Excellent organizational and prioritization skills Conditions and Advantages • Position at 80% or 100% • Scope covering both PPE and rental management • Structure recognized for the stability of its teams • Environment promoting autonomy and taking of responsibilities • Modern offices located in Carouge • Flexible organization and pragmatic approach to work • Medium-term evolution perspectives • Professional and friendly working atmosphere
