To strengthen our Flexible Packaging department, we are looking for, immediately or by agreement, a: Flexographic Printer Plastic Packaging (a, 100%) Your activities with us: Independent setup, operation and monitoring of our modern 6-color central cylinder flexographic printing machine Professional printing of production orders according to work instructions as well as performing approvals and in-process controls Adjustment of printing colors according to color templates as well as ensuring and documenting quality and production data Assembly and changing of printing plates as well as continuous monitoring of print quality Carrying out cleaning and simple maintenance work in compliance with quality, hygiene and safety regulations Support in the induction of new employees as well as accompanying employees in training Active participation in Lean Management and KVP measures for the continuous improvement of quality, efficiency and plant availability Co-design of a safe, clean and 5S organized workplace You have experience in flexographic printing and enjoy a technically demanding activity in a quality-oriented production environment. You bring with you: Completed vocational training as a Flexographic Printer, Print Technologist or a comparable qualification Professional experience on flexographic printing machines with central cylinder Experience in handling solvent-based printing colors Technical understanding of plastic films and their processing Independent, structured and precise way of working High quality awareness and willingness to take responsibility Ability to work in a team, resilience and a solution-oriented personality Willingness to work in 2-shift operation Good German language skills in spoken and written (at least level B2) Your future environment: With us, you will take on a versatile and responsible task in a growing company with an international orientation.
