Specialist Physician in Psychiatry and Psychotherapy of Addictions (M/F)

Intervene within the framework of the hospitalization of persons presenting with disorders related to addictions and requiring psychiatric care. Provide specialized consultations and management in addictology within the multidisciplinary team. Be a driving force in the evolution of addictology within the Pôle santé Mental by contributing to projects and the development of an integrated care system guaranteeing high standards and complete management of addictive issues. Actively participate in the development of care projects and the continuous improvement of practices in addictology within the establishment. Collaborate with the multidisciplinary team in order to design and implement individualized care plans adapted to the persons concerned by addictions. Establish and maintain strong professional links with general practitioners and network partners, in order to promote fluid collaboration and attentive follow-up of the persons accompanied. You benefit from in-depth training in psychiatry and psychotherapy of addictions. You also hold the FMH specialist title (or equivalent). You master French at a minimum level of C1. You have confirmed experience in clinical psychiatry, ideally in a hospital context. Experience in a university environment would also be appreciated. You possess solid skills in listening, analysis, and decision-making. Your field and theoretical expertise allows you easy management of complex and high emotional intensity situations. You work autonomously while respecting protocols, clinical standards, and the values of the establishment. You appreciate working within a multidisciplinary team and communicate easily with the different members of the care network.
