Pflegefachmann HF/FH as a deputy residential area manager with a workload of 70 – 100 % starting immediately or by arrangement. You will take responsibility for processes, quality and team dynamics in everyday nursing, actively participate in shaping things, make decisions and build your leadership competence step by step.
