In order to strengthen our residential service, we are looking for a Junior Technical Manager who will ensure the technical follow-up of a portfolio of individual lots, composed of villas and apartments, in close collaboration with the Manager responsible for the portfolio.

Your main missions
Carry out inventory of fixtures
Perform visits of objects with a view to their relocation
Follow up on technical problems with tenants
Carry out routine maintenance and renovation work
Handle requests for quotes, analysis, and awarding of contracts
Follow-up of leaves: set the ELP and ELS as well as drafting reservation letters
Validate, control imputations and invoice descriptions
Manage and follow up on claims
Owner relation: follow-up of instructions, proposal, advice, and valuation analysis
Management of all administrative tasks related to the function.
Profile sought
Confirmed experience of 2 years in real estate management within an agency
Excellent administrative skills, sense of priorities and organization
Perfect writing skills and clear communication, both oral and written
Mastery of the Quorum software
Ability to integrate quickly into a motivated and professional team
Spirit of initiative, sense of customer service and rigor in work
