• 19 June 2026 • 80% • Indefinite duration • Chemin des Esserts 16, 1053 Cugy VD La Fondation Echaud is a socio-educational establishment that welcomes 80 adults with multiple disabilities or presenting medically recognized severe cerebral palsy, often in the presence of various additional disorders and impairments. To complete our team of night watchmen/women at the Cugy boarding school, we are looking for, immediately or by agreement, a: ASSC Night Watchman/woman at 80% The Position: • Active night watching on our Cugy site, from 21:30 to 07:30. • Ability to work autonomously. • Team spirit and sense of organization. • Support in the late evening for the beneficiaries' bedtime in partnership with the educational teams. • Basic care for beneficiaries, changing, repositioning, showers and bed baths in the morning upon waking. • Global monitoring of the living area (beneficiaries may be able to get up alone, epilepsy, specific needs related to the beneficiaries' pathologies). • Clinical evaluation of beneficiaries and administration of reserve medication treatments if needed, as well as evaluation of emergency situations. • Provision of delegated medico-technical care to beneficiaries. • Domestic tasks (emptying the dishwasher, setting the breakfast table, etc.). The Profile: • CFC as an assistant in community nursing and health care. • Interest in multiple disabilities and hygiene and comfort care. • Ease in teamwork. • Ability to get involved in a socio-educational context. • Ability to work at night (medical certificate will be required).
