Urs Wildbolz, Deputy Clinic Director Internal Medicine, offers you a position starting June 1, 2026, or by arrangement, with a workload between 50-70% as Nursing Expert/ Nursing Expert APN Geriatrics Become part of our interprofessional team and make an important contribution to the highly qualified care of elderly female and male patients. If you also want to make a difference in people's lives, these are your tasks: • Professional leadership and support of acute geriatric female and male patients as well as their partners and relatives in the sense of a family-centered approach. • Bringing in your advanced clinical competencies as an APN in direct nursing on the ward as well as in a consultative function. • Making evidence-based knowledge accessible to employees via standards, training, and coaching and supporting its application in practice. • Active participation in the design of processes, participation in specialist and project groups, as well as shared responsibility for the further development of nursing quality. • Initiating and leading interprofessional case discussions. Become part of the Clinic for Internal Medicine with training status A which, with over 2-500 inpatient female and male patients, over 6-000 emergencies and more than 450 patients cared for in the interdisciplinary intensive care unit per year, is a central and important service center of the hospital. Our interdisciplinary wards with the specialist focuses on acute geriatrics, internal medicine, and surgery are managed in the primary nursing system.
