Head of Nursing & Care / Member of the Executive Board (80-100%) The IKA Rosengasse is the joint elderly and care institution of the municipalities of Fehraltdorf, Russikon, and Weisslingen. With 32 nursing places and 23 elderly apartments, it offers older people a home that combines self-determination, security, and quality of life. Looking to the future, the co-design of a new building or a renovation, as well as the strategic realignment of the institution, are at the center of an exciting development phase (see also).
