Permanent position Gesundheitszentren für das Alter Do you enjoy working with people? Would you like to join our education team for nursing professions immediately? Tasks You create learning situations for the trainees, instruct them in the departments, document the learning process, give feedback, and assess them orally and in writing. You independently plan and coordinate the learning support and work with the trainees also in shift service or on weekends. You are involved in further developing the training of nursing professions in the company and are co-responsible for the implementation of the training concept. You communicate openly and transparently in our education team and the nursing teams and take on an important function in the leadership triangle.
