Activity + independently program and set up CNC lathes, specifically models such as Star SV32/SR38, Goodway SW32, Hanwha XD16II and Nakamura Tome WY150 + monitor production processes and ensure that manufacturing processes run smoothly + independently perform quality controls of the manufactured workpieces, including first-article inspection according to the 4-eyes principle + professionally set up and operate post-processing machines + perform regular maintenance work on machines to ensure operation • Requirements + sound knowledge in programming and setting up CNC lathes of various makes + experience in performing quality inspections according to the 4-eyes principle + sense of responsibility in material procurement for efficient manufacturing processes + competence in the analysis and continuous optimization of production processes + willingness to support in the instruction of apprentices and in production planning • Offer + varied activity in a technology-oriented environment + possibility for active participation in shaping process improvements + team-oriented working atmosphere with contemporary tasks
