we create options Der Burghof is an institution of the Stiftung Zürcher Kinder- und Jugendheime and offers 44 places for male adolescents and young adults aged 14 to 25 with social, school, and vocational integration needs. The range includes four supervised residential groups (3 apprentice houses, 1 observation station), Supported Living in shared apartments or single apartments, Day Living, internal vocational training offers in nine training companies, the internal school (VBH), the Training & Orientation area, as well as the psychiatric-psychological service (PPD). We offer a diverse, flexible, and modularized range of care, training, promotion, and support for adolescents and young adults. Diagnostics, clarification, and therapy for the demanding clientele require intensive intersystemic cooperation both within (psychotherapy, social pedagogy, school, and vocational training) and outside the institution (referring agencies). Immediately or by arrangement we are looking for a Psychotherapist 80% ## Your daily routine ### • Interdisciplinary work in a multi-professional team (social pedagogy, school, vocational training, psychology, and consulting psychiatrist) • Case management with diagnostics, therapy, and work with relatives • Psychiatric-psychological clarifications and individual therapies with male adolescents and young adults from mostly highly stressed family systems, sometimes with a therapy requirement by a juvenile prosecutor's office and the mandate of offense-oriented therapy • Maintaining patient documentation and writing reports • Planning and conducting test-psychological clarifications Your skills ### • Successfully completed psychology studies (major with licentiate or Master's degree at a university or university of applied sciences) • Started or completed psychotherapy training according to the guidelines of FSP / SBAP / ASP • Experience in the youth/residential sector and clinical experience in the acute sector is an advantage • Proactive, team-oriented, and humorous personality • Joy in interdisciplinary cooperation and interest in pedagogical issues • Confident use of MS-Office programs (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint) We offer ### • A varied and responsible activity in an experienced, multi-professional treatment team • Closely networked interdisciplinary specialist cooperation • Regular internal case supervisions and good internal continuing education opportunities • Remuneration according to the salary regulations of the Canton of Zurich Do you want to become part of our team?
