Design Architect You plan, design and construct residential and commercial buildings, settlements, industrial buildings or public and cultural buildings. You design new things and preserve existing ones or repurpose them. You accompany a construction project from the idea to completion. Employment Permanent employment 100% Work location Dielsdorf Requirements \- You have completed a Master in Architecture at a Swiss university and advantageously already bring initial professional experience. - You possess a pronounced design talent - You have sound IT skills, especially with ArchiCAD. - You have good German language skills - As a team player and resilient personality, you communicate and act skillfully even in demanding situations. - Proficient handling of clients and authorities as well as building laws is part of your everyday life. Field of activity \- You implement ideas and wishes of the clients creatively in sketches and initial plans. - You develop detailed plans and present them to the client in the form of visualizations. - You advise the clientele regarding type, style, size and material as well as estimating the costs and the duration of the construction or renovation activity
