Project Manager in the sanitary or ventilation sector sought in the city of Zürich 80-100

Our partner is a dynamic engineering office for building services with a permanent seat (vis-à-vis of the Oerlikon station) in the city of Zürich. Therefore, we are urgently looking for reinforcement for them; specifically for a Project Manager in the sanitary as well as ventilation sector from 03. August 2026 or by mutual agreement. The main activities of the company include phase-appropriate planning using BIM methods and the design of building services systems (HLK) in various building and usage categories. Your tasks: • Contact person for clients, architects, GP, GU and TU • Project management (small + large projects) with other interdisciplinary teams • Independent processing and support of various systems • Assistance with project controlling, invoicing / profitability / supplements • Leading the project team (as a function or position by arrangement) • Designing, drawing/modeling of plans and schemes • Creating submissions and various calculations • Regular participation in internal and external project meetings • Willingness and support to train our apprentices Your profile: • Training as a building services planner with EFZ (sanitary or ventilation sector) • Higher technical college HF/FH of very great advantage (but not a must) • A few years of professional experience and completed projects • Networked thinking, independent, flexible and autonomous way of working • Team player, social and leadership skills • Confident communication with customers, good entrepreneurial understanding • Good IT and CAD knowledge (proficient in Trimble or, for example, also with Revit) • Experience in the BIM method (advantageous) Our offer: • Exciting and varied projects (also "BIM projects") • Varied and developmental activity in a collegial team - Modern workplace at a good transport location (vis-a-vis of the station) • Individual training support and advancement opportunities • Flexible working time model • At least 5 weeks of vacation per year and compensation of overtime • Own company cars (by arrangement) • Fixed lump-sum expenses, business mobile phone / laptop / tablet • Profit sharing / bonus • Executive insurance (provision) • Fair and market-based remuneration Have we aroused your interest?
