Tasks You assume daily responsibility on a ward for acute and transitional care with or without a focus on dementia and are responsible for the consultation and support of residents and relatives during illness and crises. You are responsible for planning, implementing, monitoring, and adjusting the nursing process as well as for delegating tasks to employees of other competence levels. You perform nursing and medical-technical procedures, primarily in complex unstable situations. You are present during medical rounds and participate in interdisciplinary reports. You participate in the development of departmental goals to ensure quality and cooperation.
