For our client, a clinic based in Zürich, we are looking for, by arrangement, a: Dipl. Pflegefachfrau with acute hospital, urology 80 - 100% (w/m/d) ### Your area of responsibility: • Demand- and customer-oriented nursing and care of patients according to the nursing process in cooperation with our partner doctors as well as an interprofessional team. • Holistic and individual care of the patients assigned to you according to the nursing process • Independent implementation of the diagnostic and therapeutic measures prescribed by the doctor with the support of our healthcare assistants • Recognizing and mastering emergency situations and initiating adequate measures until the doctor arrives • Taking responsibility for correct patient documentation and information transfer in the assigned area of responsibility • Conducting internal department evaluations as well as specialist short training sessions Your qualifications: • Completed training as Dipl. Pflegefachfrau/-mann or corresponding SRK recognition for foreign diplomas • Professional experience in an acute hospital required • Great flexibility, resilience, and high organizational talent • Good German language skills in speaking and writing (B2 certificate) • Good IT user skills • High social competence as well as strong empathy • Teamwork skills and ability to guide employees Your place of work: • Zürich Your start: • By arrangement
